Where to Collect
Orders priced for the UAE or Saudi Arabia are collected from our store in Dubai or Riyadh — you choose the store at checkout. In our other markets the order is collected in the buyer's own country, at a collection point we arrange and send on WhatsApp once the buyer has put a pin on the map at checkout. The buyer pays when collecting.
Handover at Our Counter
Every order is handed over at our counter in Dubai or Riyadh, or in your own country in our other markets. If your SUN2000 or LUNA2000 hardware has to travel further than our counter, that leg is yours to arrange, with a carrier of your choosing.
Order Processing Time
Once you check out, our desk checks stock for every SUN2000 inverter, LUNA2000 pack, optimizer and dongle on the order, confirms it with an invoice and tells you when it can be collected and from which store. Special-order utility hardware is confirmed with an ex-factory date on the order. Please wait for that confirmation before you travel.
What to Bring
Bring your order number and a photo ID. The name on the ID should match the name on the order, or the name of the person you told us would collect.
Who Can Collect
The buyer, or anyone the buyer has named to us beforehand — a colleague, an installer, a driver or a freight agent. Whoever comes needs the order number and their own ID; we do not release goods to someone we were not told about.
Large & Heavy Items
A residential SUN2000-L1 weighs 12 kg and can be carried by hand; a LUNA2000 commercial cabinet weighs more than two tonnes and moves like plant machinery. Come with a vehicle, and enough hands or lifting gear, for what you ordered — commercial LUNA2000 cabinets (97, 129, 161, 200 and 241 kWh) and crated utility inverters such as the SUN2000-H series and the 330KTL-H2 need a truck suited to the load. Residential LUNA2000-S0/S1 packs are Class 9 dangerous goods under UN38.3, which matters if you hand them to a carrier afterwards. Everything is handed over in Huawei's own factory packaging.
Onward Transport & Export
Our prices include VAT. Moving the goods on from the store — to another city or across a border — is the buyer's own arrangement and cost, including any import duty and clearance charges in the destination country. We issue the commercial invoice for your order.
Inspection at Collection
Check the order at the counter before you leave: the model number against the invoice, the serial-number label, and the condition of the factory carton and its seals. Anything wrong is easiest to put right there and then. A fault that only shows up after installation is handled under the returns policy or the Huawei warranty — write to sales@huawei-solar.org.
Returning a Defective Item
A unit confirmed defective goes back to the store it was collected from, with its RMA number. You bring it to the counter yourself — the returns policy sets out the return window and the RMA steps.
