Delivery Regions

We ship Huawei Smart PV equipment to customers across 17+ countries: UAE (all emirates), Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, Syria, Egypt, Morocco, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, and the Netherlands. Additional countries may be available on request — contact us for utility-scale projects in markets we don’t routinely cover.

Shipping & Logistics Partners

We work with trusted shipping partners experienced in handling Smart PV equipment to ensure safe delivery. For UAE deliveries we use established local couriers and our own van for fragile residential SUN2000 and LUNA2000 modules. For international shipments we partner with freight carriers experienced in lithium battery (UN38.3 / Class 9) and large commercial inverter logistics.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak periods, up to 5 business days. Business days are Sunday through Thursday (UAE business week). You will receive a confirmation email and shipping notification with tracking details.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery timeframes after dispatch: UAE: 2-5 business days. Saudi Arabia: 5-8 days. Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman: 5-10 days. Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon: 7-12 days. Syria: 10-15 days. Egypt, Morocco: 8-30 days. Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands: 10-18 days. These are estimates and may vary due to customs and carrier conditions.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on product weight, dimensions, and destination. For UAE orders above AED 5,000, we may offer subsidized shipping. International costs exclude customs duties and import taxes. Contact us for a detailed quote.

Large & Heavy Items

Huawei Smart PV equipment ranges from a 5 kg residential SUN2000-L1 inverter to liquid-cooled LUNA2000 commercial cabinets approaching 1 tonne. Special handling applies: (1) LUNA2000 commercial cabinets (97 kWh, 200 kWh, 215 kWh, 241 kWh) ship as palletised freight and require ground-floor delivery with a forklift on site. (2) Utility SUN2000-H and SUN2000-330KTL-H2 inverters ship as crated freight and may require a hiab or crane offload. (3) Residential LUNA2000-S0 and S1 packs ship as Class 9 dangerous goods (UN38.3) and require carrier acceptance. (4) All Huawei equipment ships in original factory packaging with foam-corner protection. Confirm your delivery point can accommodate the carton dimensions before dispatch.

Customs & Import Duties

For international shipments, the recipient is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and fees. These are not included in our prices. We provide export documentation, commercial invoices, and certificates of origin. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before ordering.

Shipping Insurance

We recommend insuring all shipments, especially for high-value power equipment. Our partners offer comprehensive insurance. For orders above AED 10,000, we strongly recommend full-value transit insurance. Document any shipping damage with photos upon delivery and notify us within 48 hours.

Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email and/or WhatsApp. For freight shipments, our logistics team provides regular updates. Contact us if tracking shows no updates for more than 5 business days.
