Payment on delivery
For the time being, all orders are cash on delivery: you receive your Huawei equipment first and pay the confirmed invoice amount in cash on the spot.
Delivery Regions
Dispatch out of Dubai reaches all seven emirates plus sixteen further markets: Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman across the GCC; Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon and Syria in the Levant; Egypt and Morocco in North Africa; and Germany, France, Italy, Spain and the Netherlands in the EU. Running a utility-scale project somewhere outside that list? Ask — one-off lanes can usually be arranged.
Shipping & Logistics Partners
Fragile power electronics and lithium chemistry decide who carries our freight. Within the UAE, residential SUN2000 inverters and LUNA2000 modules often ride in our own van rather than a courier network; where couriers are used, they are established local firms we have vetted. Cross-border loads go to freight forwarders selected for two specific competencies: UN38.3 / Class 9 lithium-battery handling and the crated logistics of large commercial inverters.
Order Processing Time
Stocked SUN2000 inverters, LUNA2000 residential packs, optimizers and dongles are picked and dispatched within 1-3 business days of order confirmation (Sunday-Thursday, UAE week). Special-order utility hardware is confirmed with an ex-factory date on the order. Dispatch and tracking confirmations arrive by email.
Estimated Delivery Times
After dispatch from Dubai: UAE 2-4 business days; Saudi Arabia 5-8; Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman 5-10; Iraq, Jordan and Lebanon 7-12; Syria 10-15; Egypt and Morocco 8-21; Germany, France, Italy, Spain and the Netherlands 10-21 by air or sea. Customs processing can extend these windows.
Shipping Costs
Freight is quoted per shipment from weight, volume and destination — a 5 kg SUN2000-L1 travels very differently from a LUNA2000 cabinet on a pallet. Quotes are EXW Dubai by default; DDP is available for most lanes on request. Duties and import taxes are never hidden inside the equipment price.
Large & Heavy Items
A residential SUN2000-L1 weighs about 5 kg and travels like a parcel; a liquid-cooled LUNA2000 commercial cabinet weighs close to a tonne and travels like plant machinery — so handling is planned per SKU. Commercial LUNA2000 cabinets (97, 200, 215 and 241 kWh) move on pallets and need a ground-floor delivery point with a forklift waiting. Utility inverters — the SUN2000-H series and the 330KTL-H2 — arrive crated and often need a hiab or crane at the kerb. Residential LUNA2000-S0/S1 packs are Class 9 dangerous goods under UN38.3, so the carrier must accept lithium freight. Everything leaves in Huawei's own factory packaging with foam-corner protection; before we book the truck, check your site can physically take the carton.
Customs & Import Duties
Import duty, VAT and clearance charges in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility unless DDP is agreed in writing. Every export shipment leaves with a commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin; LUNA2000 shipments add the UN38.3 test summary and dangerous-goods declaration.
Shipping Insurance
Transit insurance is optional but, for hardware at this price point, rarely worth skipping — ask and we add full-value cover to the freight quote. Should a shipment arrive worse for wear, the sequence matters: record the damage on the carrier's POD before signing, photograph everything, and get the pictures to sales@huawei-solar.org within 48 hours so the claim window stays open.
Order Tracking
Dispatch triggers a tracking link to both your email and WhatsApp. Parcel shipments track themselves; palletised and project freight gets the manual treatment, with our logistics desk following each milestone and keeping you posted. A tracking page that has gone quiet for 5+ business days is our cue to lean on the carrier — flag it and we chase.
