Account Responsibilities

If you create an account or register as a dealer, you are responsible for maintaining your credentials' confidentiality, all activities under your account, notifying us of unauthorized access, and keeping your information accurate.

Product Information & Accuracy

We strive to provide accurate Smart PV product specifications, descriptions, images, datasheets and FusionSolar screenshots. However, Huawei Digital Power may update SUN2000 inverter, LUNA2000 battery, optimizer or SmartLogger specifications without prior notice. Product information on huawei-solar.org is for reference purposes only. Confirm exact specifications with our sales team before placing an order, especially for utility-scale SUN2000-H series and large LUNA2000 commercial cabinets.

Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Huawei MJS Solutions is an authorised distributor directory and does not contract for sale of equipment directly. Orders are placed with, accepted by, and invoiced by the authorised Huawei distributor we match you with. Each seller’s acceptance, cancellation, and dispatch policies apply; we coordinate cancellations within the seller’s window on your behalf.

Pricing & Payment Terms

Prices listed in the directory are the seller’s prices — Huawei MJS Solutions adds no customer-facing markup. Currency, payment instruments (bank transfer, credit card, LC, escrow), and tax/duty handling are determined by the matched authorised distributor and the buyer’s region (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, Syria, Egypt, Morocco, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands). Prices exclude shipping, customs duties and import taxes unless the seller states otherwise.

Warranty Terms

Product warranties are issued by Huawei Digital Power Technologies Co., Ltd. and administered by the authorised distributor of record. Indicative coverage: (1) SUN2000 residential and commercial string inverters — 10 years standard, extensible to 25 years. (2) LUNA2000 LiFePO4 batteries (residential S0/S1 and commercial 97-241 kWh cabinets) — 10 years. (3) Smart PV optimizers (SUN2000-450W-P2, 600W-P, MERC-600W-PA0) — 25 years. (4) SmartLogger, Smart Dongle, smart meters and SmartGuard backup boxes — 5 years. Warranty excludes damage from improper installation, misuse, surge events, water ingress beyond IP rating, or unauthorised modifications. As your directory of record, we coordinate every warranty claim end-to-end with the seller and the regional Huawei service network at no extra cost — for the lifetime of the system.

Intellectual Property

All content on huawei-solar.org is the property of Huawei MJS Solutions or its licensors and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. The Huawei, SUN2000, LUNA2000, FusionSolar, SmartLogger and SmartGuard marks are owned by Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. and Huawei Digital Power Technologies Co., Ltd. and are used here under authorised distribution rights. Datasheets may be downloaded for personal or professional reference only.

Limitation of Liability

Huawei MJS Solutions operates as an authorised distributor directory and intermediary. Direct contractual obligations for sale, delivery, commissioning, and warranty rest with the matched authorised distributor and, where applicable, Huawei Digital Power Technologies Co., Ltd. Our liability is limited to the reasonable performance of our matchmaking and escalation services and shall not exceed any commission we received in connection with the transaction. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost generation, lost revenue, downtime, or third-party module/string compatibility issues.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by UAE law. For UAE/GCC customers, disputes are resolved in Dubai courts. For EU customers, you retain your rights under EU consumer protection laws. We encourage amicable resolution through our customer service team.

Service Regions

These terms apply to all customers and website visitors across our served regions: United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, Syria, Egypt, Morocco, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, and the Netherlands. Local consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction may provide additional rights.
