Product Information & Accuracy

We strive to provide accurate product specifications, descriptions, images, and datasheets. However, Voltronic Power may update products without prior notice. Product information is for reference purposes only. Confirm exact specifications with our sales team before purchasing.

Order Acceptance & Cancellation

All orders are subject to acceptance by Voltronic Power Solutions. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Cancellation may be possible within 24 hours if the item has not been dispatched. After dispatch, our return policy applies.

Pricing & Payment Terms

All prices are in AED (UAE Dirhams) and are subject to change. For international customers in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Iraq, Jordan, Egypt, Morocco, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, and the Netherlands, local currency quotes are available upon request. We accept bank transfer, credit card, and other agreed methods. Prices exclude shipping costs, customs duties, and import taxes unless stated otherwise.

Warranty Terms

Product warranties are provided by Voltronic Power and vary by product type: (1) Inverters -- typically 2-5 year manufacturer warranty depending on model. (2) UPS systems -- typically 2-3 year warranty. (3) Battery systems -- typically 3-5 year warranty. (4) EV chargers, charge controllers, AVR, VFD -- typically 1-2 year warranty. Warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, misuse, power surges, water damage, or unauthorized modifications. We assist with warranty claims.

Intellectual Property

All content on voltronicpower.org is the property of Voltronic Power Solutions or its licensors and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. Datasheets may be downloaded for personal or professional reference only.

Limitation of Liability

Voltronic Power Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control, improper installation damage, or third-party equipment compatibility issues.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by UAE law. For UAE/GCC customers, disputes are resolved in Dubai courts. For EU customers, you retain your rights under EU consumer protection laws. We encourage amicable resolution through our customer service team.
