Terms of Service

The rules that govern huawei-solar.org and every order we take. Last updated: June 2026.

Acceptance of Terms

Using huawei-solar.org means you accept these Terms of Service, which apply to every visitor, buyer, installer and registered distributor. We may revise the terms as the business evolves; the version published on this page is the one in force.

Age Requirements

This store is a procurement channel for businesses and homeowners: you must be 18 or older to submit an enquiry or place an order, and if you act for a company you confirm you are authorised to commit it.

Account Responsibilities

A registered installer or distributor account is a working channel, not just a login. Keep your company profile and contact records current so quote requests land on the right desk, treat your credentials as confidential, and flag anything that looks like unauthorised access the moment you spot it — whatever happens under your account is yours to answer for.

Product Information & Accuracy

The specifications, images, datasheets and FusionSolar screenshots on huawei-solar.org are curated from Huawei Digital Power's published material and checked regularly — but Huawei revises SUN2000 firmware, LUNA2000 module configurations, optimizer ratings and SmartLogger capabilities on its own schedule, sometimes between our updates. Treat the catalogue as a research tool, not a contract document: before an order is placed, our sales engineers reconfirm the exact shipping specification, which matters most on utility-scale SUN2000-H units and the large commercial LUNA2000 cabinets.

Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Your sales contract is with Huawei MJS Solutions directly: we take the order, confirm it with an invoice and a delivery timeline, and dispatch from our own stock. An order becomes binding once our desk confirms it in writing, and until the goods leave the warehouse a single message to the sales desk cancels it — settlement is cash on delivery, so there is no prepayment to claw back. Special-order utility hardware (SUN2000-H series, the large LUNA2000 cabinets) is flagged at confirmation with its own ex-factory date and cancellation cutoff.

Pricing & Payment Terms

The figure on each product page is our dealer price for that SKU — it is what you hand the courier at delivery, in the invoice currency, with no margin layered on afterwards. For the time being every order settles as cash on delivery; bank transfer and documentary terms for utility-scale projects are agreed case by case. Unless your quotation says otherwise, freight, customs duty and import tax for your market — a GCC state, the Levant, Egypt, Morocco or one of our five EU countries — sit on top of the listed price.

Warranty Terms

Every warranty we hand over is a Huawei Digital Power Technologies Co., Ltd. factory warranty, honoured through us as the invoicing distributor. The headline periods: SUN2000 string inverters carry 10 years out of the box, extensible to 25; LUNA2000 LiFePO4 storage — residential S0/S1 packs and the 97-241 kWh commercial cabinets alike — carries 10 years; Smart PV optimizers (SUN2000-450W-P2, 600W-P, MERC-600W-PA0) run to 25 years; monitoring and control gear (SmartLogger, Smart Dongle, smart meters, SmartGuard backup boxes) carries 5. Cover lapses where damage traces back to bad installation, misuse, surge events, water past the IP rating or unauthorised modification. Filing a claim never falls to you alone: for as long as the system runs, we chase it through Huawei's regional service network without charging a dirham.

Intellectual Property

The copy, photography, comparison guides and page layouts of huawei-solar.org belong to Huawei MJS Solutions and its licensors, with copyright and trademark law protecting them internationally. Huawei, SUN2000, LUNA2000, FusionSolar, SmartLogger and SmartGuard remain the registered marks of Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. and Huawei Digital Power Technologies Co., Ltd. — we display them under our authorised-distribution rights, not as our own. You are welcome to download datasheets for your own reference or project work; republishing or commercial redistribution needs written permission first.

Limitation of Liability

As the seller of record we stand behind sale, delivery and warranty handling on every order we invoice, with Huawei Digital Power Technologies Co., Ltd. backing the factory warranty itself. To the fullest extent UAE law permits, our total exposure on any claim arising from a supply is capped at the invoice value of the goods concerned. Consequential losses — undelivered kilowatt-hours, lost revenue, plant downtime, or a third-party module or string that refuses to cooperate — fall outside our liability entirely.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

UAE law governs these terms; for UAE and GCC customers, jurisdiction sits with the Dubai courts. EU customers retain their mandatory consumer protections. In practice, talk to us first — nearly every issue is resolved through the escalation desk.

Service Regions

Seventeen markets are wired into our delivery network today: the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman across the Gulf; Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon and Syria in the Levant; Egypt and Morocco in North Africa; and Germany, France, Italy, Spain and the Netherlands in the EU. Nothing in these terms takes away protections your own country's consumer law already gives you — where the two differ, the stronger local right prevails.
